General Provisions

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights,” digital goods (online courses, checklists, PDF materials) delivered to the buyer in electronic form are classified as intangible goods. Once access to a digital product has been granted or the product has been downloaded, such goods are considered used.

Returns of Digital Goods of Proper Quality

The Buyer has the right to cancel the purchase until the moment access to the product is granted. After receiving access to:

  • PDF files
  • Checklists
  • Online courses (including materials with video links)

πŸ‘‰ No refunds are provided, as the product cannot be returned or “recalled” after delivery. Payment confirms the buyer’s agreement to these terms.

Returns in Case of Technical Issues

If, after payment:

  • access to the product was not provided
  • the file does not open or is corrupted
  • links do not work

  • provide access again
  • or
  • resolve the issue as quickly as possible

In the event that the problem cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued.

Refunds

Refunds are only possible in the following cases:

  • duplicate payment
  • technical error during payment
  • lack of access to the product due to the Seller’s fault

Refunds are processed:

  • to the same card used for the original payment
  • within 3–5 business days after the request is confirmed

Exchange of Digital Goods

The exchange of digital goods is not provided for, as they do not have a physical form.

Confirmation of Consent

By paying for a digital product on the website, the buyer confirms that they:

  • agree that a refund is not possible after access is granted;
  • have read and understood the return/refund terms.

Cancellation of Transaction (Withdrawal from Purchase)

The Buyer has the right to cancel the order and request a refund until the moment access to the digital product is granted.

To do this, it is necessary to:

  • contact customer support using the contact details provided on the website;
  • provide:
    • the email address used for the payment;
    • the date and amount of the transaction;
    • the reason for the request.

Once access to the product has been provided, cancellation of the transaction is not possible.

Refund Procedure

To apply for a refund, the buyer must:

  1. Contact the website’s customer support.
  2. Provide proof of payment (a screenshot or receipt).
  3. State the reason for the request.

The request is processed within 1–3 business days.

If the grounds for a refund are confirmed, the funds will be returned in accordance with the terms specified above.

No Refunds in Standard Cases

In all other cases not provided for by these terms, no refunds shall be issued.
