the website featured an extensive product range, but most items were not optimized for specific search queries. The primary issue was poor visibility beyond branded searches and insufficient technical preparation to compete in the international market.

Implementation Strategy

The strategy was based on a deep dive into commercial semantics for the manufacturing niche. The primary focus was creating a hierarchical category structure where every product group has an optimized landing page. Additionally, technical factors were addressed to improve loading speeds and mobile usability, which are critical for e-commerce performance.
