the website had high branded traffic but showed weak visibility for high-frequency commercial queries in specific locations (districts of Kyiv). There was also a need to improve technical indicators to ensure the correct indexing of new bundle offers and promotions.

Objectives

  • /02 Strengthen local SEO to attract traffic for queries tied to specific city districts and neighborhoods.
  • /03 Optimize conversion pages for tariff plans to increase the number of subscription requests.
  • /04 Eliminate technical errors related to site architecture and page load speed.
  • /05 Increase the visibility of informational sections (FAQ, guides) to reduce the load on the contact center.

Implementation Strategy

The strategy was based on a combination of technical website refinement and aggressive expansion of local semantics. The primary focus was placed on creating and optimizing landing pages for each district of Kyiv, as well as improving the structure of tariff plan presentations to maximize alignment with user intent.

Work Performed

Technical and On-Page Optimization
